There is no such thing as a lactovegan. Vegan has its own meaning. Vegan means no dairy, meat, eggs, honey, byproducts, etc when it comes to food. And it goes beyond food. it means no leather, silk, suede, fur, etc.
Vegetarian doesn't include fish. People who say that do not know what they are talking about. Just like there is no such thing as a LactoVegan and anyone saying that does not know what they are talking about. LactoVegan is just as misleading and wrong as someone saying they are vegetarian and eating fish (or any other meat). There is no such thing as a pesca-vegetarian nor LactoVegan. Next thing you know people are going to think Vegans consume dairy (and more people will think Vegans consume honey - which they do not). Originally vegetarian didn't include eggs or dairy and then people started saying lacto/ovo vegetarian and eventually vegetarian itself came to include dairy and eggs (and the way things are going eventually fish). That is why Donald Watson and others came up with the term "Vegan". So please do not call yourself a LactoVegan or the same thing will happen to the term Vegan. Just say you are a vegetarian that doesn't eat eggs (and fish if need be) or lactovegetarian. That isn't hard.
lacto-vegan is like square circle.
I understand that you are trying to shorten the URL but still do not use the word lactovegan. it does not exist!
